Salt Festival, 10th-12th September
Two week-ends fully dedicated to Cervia's sweet salt. The core of the event is the historical recalling of salt delivering to sheds that is "L'Armesa de Sel" in the local dialect. From 5th to 6th and from 11th to 13th September Sapore di Sale - Salty Taste recalls the past of Cervia with street market stalls, exhibitions, shows, tasting sessions, and meetings.

In the old city centre of Cervia, for an entire weekend, shopping becomes international and offers an opportunity to know cultures and customs from various European countries.
The Award Giving Ceremony of the Entente Florale Europe will be held in Cervia on 24th September, organised by the "Association Européenne du Fleurissement et du Paysage" (AEFP).
