Tramonto DiVino
Tramonto DiVino, the taste tour of Emilia Romagna, kicks off between the central Rotonda Primo Maggio and Viale Gramsci in Milano Marittima. Free tasting during the event of regional labels served and narrated by Ais sommeliers. Some 250 labels from Romagna wineries in the Imola, Ravenna Faenza and Rimini areas will be tasted, together with a full-bodied selection of Emilian wines.
To make it easier to get to know the wines being tasted, a new app is also available, which can be downloaded free of charge and consulted via QR code associated with all the wineries present at the event and in the Emilia Romagna Guide to Drink and Eat, handed out at the entrance desk.
The wines will be paired with certified Emilia Romagna foods served as they are by students and teachers of the Pellegrino Artusi institute in Forlimpopoli or transformed thanks to the collaboration of the resident chef of the adjacent Sporting, the local stage partner, who will make a gourmet risotto based on IGP Po Delta Rice and fish from the Adriatico.
The guest of honour at Milano Marittima will be the Romagna bubbles under the Novebolle brand (the collective brand created within the Consorzio Vini di Romagna to promote the new Doc Romagna Spumante), which will be served in a veritable lounge created inside the Rotonda Primo Maggio. A prestigious accompaniment to the bubbles will be Cervia oysters served directly by the fishermen of the local La Fenice cooperative.
Storytelling entertainment and music with the 'DeVini' duo, acoustic sax and vocals, complete a magical evening of local food and wine culture and top tastings.
