Romagna bike tour

Romagna by bike: castes to castles, beach to the hinterland

Bertinoro 480X300

Romagna has an incredible variety of natural landscapes in a small area: the sea and its beaches, hills covered with vineyards, medieval castles and fortresses, mountains and natural parks and particular rock formations such as spungoni and badlands.

Spungone, in particular, is a rock created from the mixture of sea shells and limestone cement, which forms a particular rocky ridge that crosses the hills and offers panoramic off-road routes.

The cycling tour "From fortress to fortress, from the sea to the earth" is an almost exclusively off-road route of 125 hilly kilometers to have fun riding your bicycle.
