COMPETENCIES
Tourism competencies are included within the Tourism and Major Events Service - Cultural Planning of the Municipality of Cervia.
The Department of Turism is in charge of institutional public functions in the area of tourism, managed directly or entrusted.
The Department, in particular:
- takes care of the relationship with Romagna Destination in reference to Local Tourism Promotion Projects
- coordinates the Hospitality Quality Project aimed at qualifying the hotel and extra-hotel tourist accommodation system
- manages the communications regarding private apartments for tourist use.

COMPETENCIES
The Web Editorial Office is included in the Emilia Romagna regional project SiTur (Regional Tourist Information System) as a Local Editorial Office.
The Cervia Editorial Office Staff manages and takes care of communication and promotion of the area as well as information on the institutional tourism channel of the Municipality of Cervia.
Cervia, Milano Marittima, Pinarella and Tagliata are the local area of expertise of the Office as well as Romagna in a broader sense.
In summary, the Editorial board works throught:
- the official tourism wesite of the Municipality of Cervia
- Visit Cervia and Visit Milano Marittima social networks
- relationships and collaborations with local photographers, bloggers, pro-loco and associations, event planner
- analysis, research and development of digital services and marketing strategies
- collaborations with the regional tourist information website www.emiliaromagnaturismo.it/en
- collaborations with the Destination Romagna tourism website www.visitromagna.it/en
