Villa Colmegna
This is one of Milano Marittima's seaside villas
Designed by surveyor Antonio Lugaresi, it expresses rustic architecture. The exterior is chalet style, with two sloping roofs.
In 1939 a variant was presented for the construction of a single staircase with a terrace in place of the other.
Today it is known as Villa PIGOLANTI MARCHI.
