On the first weekend in May, theSt. Michael's Tower area is tinged with tradition. Tastings of cappelletti matched with local wines are waiting to satisfy every palate.

Friday 2nd May
- 5 p.m. - Inauguration and stand opening
Start of pastry course with the chefs at the Officine del Sale - 6 p.m. - Showcooking under the Tower with the Sfogline delle Aie
- 9 p.m. - Live music with The Grace
- 11 p.m. - Closing of the stand
Saturday 3rd May
- 11 a.m. - Stand opening
- 5 p.m. - Gastronome Chef Girolamo Orlando interprets Cappelletti
- 6 p.m. - Live music with the Esodati and the dancers of Alba Dance Academy
- midnight - Closing of the stand
Sunday 4 th May
- 11 a.m. - Stand opening
- 6 p.m. - Showcooking with Casa Artusi
- 9 p.m. - Live music with I Brillanti sparsi
