The Cervia Mussel Festival returns to the Borgo Marina, along the canal port.
A seafaring tradition that returns punctually every year: from the care and attention paid to breeding in all its phases, to the harvesting and cleaning of the seafood on the Cervia mussel beds, to the preparation of healthy and delicious recipes.
From Thursday 22nd May stand opening in Piazzale Aliprandi and from Friday 23 May gastronomic stand under the Torre San Michele - S. Michael Tower.
From thursday 22nd to Sunday 25th May, the Cervia Mussel is the undisputed protagonist.
A festival dedicated to the palate with mussel dishes to suit all tastes, at food stand and restaurants in the village and town centre with menus based on fish and mussels.
There will also be markets, aperitifs, musical moments and shows awaiting you on the three festive evenings.
Also back is a special edition of Borgomarina Vetrina di Romagna (Romagna Showcase) an extra opportunity to shop among the stalls of the market that characterises the fishermen's village every Thursday evening in summer.
