Craft Gin, local food and cocktails, creative pairings and prestigious collaborations. The summer appointment with the Craft Gin Fest is back, and the historic Square of Torre San Michele.
From 7.30 p.m., certified food will duet with a selection of craft gins from all over Italy, with a special focus on regional gins and spirits organised by Enoteca Emilia-Romagna.
Numerous artisan producers from all over Italy will be present with their own tasting counter, together with another large tasting counter dedicated to regional gins, vermouths and sparkling wines.
Together with Craft Gin Fest, Tramonto DiVino, a large stand organised by Enoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna, is hosting tastings of other local brands, which professional bartenders will use to create original cocktails.
Music, atmosphere and the unique charm of Cervia for an even more special evening.
