The evocative sailing event with a dawn start that has accompanied the end of summer in Cervia for ten years is back again this year.
Born as a game, as a meeting between a few friends, the Levata all'Alba, the only sailing event in which the start is not marked by the chronometer but by nature, is now in its nineth edition and is establishing itself for its fascinating and original setting with an ever-increasing number of participants.
The sailing event is open to all sailing boats, on a 10-mile fixed-nautical course north of Cervia and finishing outside the port itself.
The sailing event is followed by a convivial moment ashore, with the customary 'Romagna breakfast'.
The sailing event is organised by the Congrega del Passatore in cooperation with the Circolo Nautico Amici della Vela Cervia.
