Black Vermicelli

Past al nero di seppia



To serve 4:

  • 400 gr. of Vermicelli
  • 400 gr. Of little squids
  • 1 shallot
  • 4 mature tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 spoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper



Clean the little squids and take by part the tintbladder. Fry the garlic and the shallot in a pot with oil until brown. Add then the little squids, the washed and cuted tomatoes, salt and pepper. Boil it for 10 minutes. Meanwhile boil the vermicelli in salted water until they are "al dente" and add them to the pot with the sauce. Mix it all together. After that the meal is ready to serve.
