Fritter of bianchetti



To serve 4:

  • 600 gr. bianchetti (little fishes)
  • 50 gr. of rubbed parmesan
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 spoon of chopped parsley
  • 60 gr. of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Pieces of lemon
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper



Beat the egg in a small bowl und add then the rubbed parmesan, garlic, parsley, flour, salt and pepper. Wash and dry the small fishes and add the fish to the other ingredients.
Mix it well. After that fry the mixture in small portions in boiled oil. Let the fritter drain well.
