Mackerel fillets with vinegar and onion
Ingredienti
To serve 4:
- fishbones
- onion
- olive oil
- vinegar
(kcal. 520 per person)
Method
Take off the fishbones and cut out two fillets.
In the meantime braise four chopped onions with olive oil.
Brown the mackerel fillets in a little olive oil, put some vinegar and let it evaporate.
Cover with the onions and serve warm.
