Sardine alla leccarda

  • parsley
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice

Cut off the head and take the bone out of the sardines. Mix garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
Put the fillets in this mixture, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, garlic and parsley then put some more sardines.
Add some olive oil and bake for a few minutes.
As soon as you take them out of the oven add some lemon juice and serve warm.
