Tagliolini with red mullet



To serve 4:

  • 400 gr. Tagliolini
  • 8 red mullets
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • 1 onion
  • 4 mature tomatoes
  • 1 spoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 piece of chillies
  • 3 spoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper



Clean the red mullets, fillet and dry them. Fry the onion in a casserole until brown, add the filets of the red mullets, salt and pepper. Pour the wine over it and let him evaporate. Add also the tomatoes which you have cut into pieces before and let it boil for circa 20 minutes. Boil also the tagliolini and add them to the pot with the sauce. Dish the plate with parsley and serve it.
