Tell me a story

Tell me a story

An exhibition of fairy-tale paintings and motherhood, each accompanied by its own micro-fairy tale

Will you tell me a fairy tale? The roots of a dream

Musa, Salt Museum

from 20th December to 25th January 2026

The exhibition stems from a desire to bring back to the fore what is often obscured by the frenzy of contemporary life: the sweetness, care and wonder of childhood.

In Greta Pirri's works, motherhood becomes a sacred land: a place that welcomes, protects and generates life. Children are luminous presences, little messengers of peace, stars that point the way to goodness even in the most uncertain moments. Every colour becomes an embrace, every line a gesture of love towards what is fragile and therefore precious.

The exhibition is part of the artist's “fairytale vein”: a poetic language that recounts humanity through symbols of protection and hope. The works move between motherhood and storytelling, between the life that is born and the fantasy that consoles. Each canvas is accompanied by a micro-fairytale, short stories with a simple and profound moral, intended for children and adults who still know how to recognise beauty in essential gestures.
