Festival dedicated to the local thistle, which has excellent depurative and antioxidant properties.
The Festival in Cervia
Cervia Thistle is a food for connoisseurs because it is produced in small quantities and it's only eaten during the winter, that is why Cervia town is dedicating a real food and wine festival to it again this year!
It will also be possible to taste and buy innovative products linked to this particular sand vegetable with important nutritional and energetic qualities, rich in vitamin C and vitamin B5, such as herbal teas, liqueurs, jams, and patés.
A Spass par Zirvia
Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th and 31st January and 1st February sees the return of A Spass par Zirvia, the appointment of every last Sunday of the month.
In the historic centre of Cervia, along Viale Roma, craft and food stands with typical products from various parts of Italy will be set up.
Shows and musical events enliven the atmosphere of the historic centre for the entire weekend.
