Craft Gin Summer Fest
Gin samples from around the world, tastings and typical regional products
Craft Gin, local food and cocktails, creative pairings and prestigious collaborations. The summer appointment with the Craft Gin Fest is back, and the historic Torre San Michele and Magazzini del Sale in Cervia have been chosen for the second date.
From 7.30 pm, certified food will duet with a selection of craft gins from all over Italy, with a special focus on regional gins and spirits organised by Enoteca Emilia-Romagna.
Numerous artisan producers from all over Italy will be present with their own tasting counter, together with another large tasting counter dedicated to regional gins, vermouths and sparkling wines.
Paired with
Saucers of traditional certified products:
- Finger food platters of regional Dop and Igp products and km 0 cheeses from Centrale del Latte di Cesena;
- Gourmet proposals by Consorzio Salumi Piacentini Dop signed Daniele Reponi;
- Sea-flavored risotto by the Officine del Sale chef.
