Quadrucci with cuttle-fish
Ingredients
- cuttlefish
- onion
- garlic
- fish soup
- tomato sauce
- parsley

Method
Dice the cuttlefish, brown it in a pan with some chopped onions and a whole clove of garlic to be taken off later on.
Add some fish soup, a little tomato sauce and let it boil on a slow fire for almost two hours with grated parsley.
Before serving add some Quadrucci (egg pasta).
