Cervia's Ciambella


  • Flour 1Kg
  • sugar 500 g.
  • 2 papers of yeast for cakes
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 grated lemon peel
  • butter 250g
  • milk



Mix all the ingredients so as to make a soft dough.
Cut it in three rolls. Sprinkle with sugar and cook them in the oven for about 45 minutes.
