Marinated medium-size sardine
Ingredients
- sardine
- lard
- vinegar and white wine
- garlic
- onion
- 1 laurel leaf
- 1 sage leaf

Method
Cut off the head and wash the fish. Cover with flour and fry in lard.
Put the sardine in a bowl and cover with vinegar and white wine.
Then add a clove of garlic, some chopped onion, one laurel leaf and one sage leaf.
