Mussels and clams with Cervia's pineseeds

  • pineseeds
  • breadcrumbs
  • parsely
  • white wine




Sauté the mussels and clams in a pan, shell them and put them in a saucepan with olive oil and chopped onions.
Cover with pineseeds, breadcrumbs and grated parsley.
Add some white wine and let it evaporate, then serve.
