Students' recipes
Tourism, hospitality and culinary tradition are among the most important values of the Cervia area. The IPSEOA Hotelier Institute in Cervia encapsulates them all. Thanks to its courses in dining and sales, hospitality and cooking, it trains new students every year, appointing them as custodians of these values.
