Cervia has been bluer since 1991. 28 flags is the recognition obtained thanks to a careful selection for:

The first one in 1991, the following ones in 1996 and 1997 and, from 1999 to date, for 25 consecutive years. The last one was delivered in Cervia on 12th May 2023.
