Moscardini stew

Zuppa di pesce


To serve 4:

  • 800 gr. Of „Moscardini“ (little squids)
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 tin of tomato puree
  • 1 spoon of chopped parsley
  • 3 spoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper



Clean and wash the ''Moscardini" (little squids) and add it with the oil in a pot and mix in the shallot. Pour the wine into the pot and let it evaporate. Then add the salt, pepper and the tomato puree. Let it boil for 20 minutes and take the pot away from the stove. Dust the dish with parsley and serve it.
