From 21 to 23 August, Cervia and Milano Marittima will host “Giochi nella Città Giardino” (Games in the Garden City), an exclusive event combining sport, entertainment and conviviality.
An innovative format - conceived by Simona Ventura and Giovanni Terzi, with the collaboration of Alberto Mambelli - featuring athletic challenges, entertainment and cultural insights.

Thursday 21st August
- 9 p.m., Rotonda Primo Maggio
The Rotonda Primo Maggio is transformed into a stage for dialogues and encounters
Featuring Franco Nero, icon of Italian cinema, Maurizia Cacciatori, symbol of Italian women's volleyball, Annalisa Minetti, singer and Paralympic athlete, RaiSport Director Paolo Petrecca and Dino Giarrusso, known for his investigative journalism and political activism.
Friday 22nd August
- 3.00 p.m., Fantini Club - Cervia
BEACH VOLLEYBALL AND PADEL TOURNAMENTS
The event will take place on the beach at the Fantini Club (Lungomare Deledda 182, Cervia, free admission). The competitions will alternate between exciting beach volleyball and padel matches.

The Rotonda Primo Maggio is transformed into a stage for dialogues and encounters
Guests of the Ventura-Terzi duo are: the well-known journalist and writer Andrea Scanzi, Antonio Fantin, Paralympic swimming champion at Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024, tennis player Camila Giorgi and Diego Armando Maradona Junior, son of the famous Argentine footballer. Also present will be Rossella Erra, famous for her role as a commentator on “Ballando con le Stelle”, Francesco Mazza, correspondent for “Striscia La Notizia”, and journalist Santo Pirrotta. Dino Giarrusso will also be there.
Saturday, 23rd August

VIP BOCCE TOURNAMENT
It's time for a classic and timeless symbol of summer in Romagna, the bocce tournament at Bagno Dario (Traversa XVI Pineta, 315 Milano Marittima, free admission).

MATCH OF THE LEGENDS
One of the most eagerly awaited events is coming up: the ‘Match of the Legends,’ scheduled to take place at the Stadio dei Pini in Milano Marittima, with free admission.
Two exceptional teams will compete on the pitch: Simona Ventura's team, led by Arrigo Sacchi, and Giovanni Terzi's team, coached by Alberto Zaccheroni.
The match will be refereed by Paolo Dondarini, former Serie A referee.
The players taking to the field include names that have written memorable pages in our football history, such as Sebastiano Rossi, Massimo Bonini, Massimo Agostini, Lorenzo Minotti, Ruggero Rizzitelli, Christian Maggio, Fabio Bazzani and Diego Armando Maradona Junior.
At the end of the match, there will be an award ceremony for the team that has achieved the best overall performance in the various events scheduled.

On Saturday evening, the event will once again take place at Rotonda Primo Maggio with interviews with: Cristina Plevani, winner of the latest edition of “L'isola dei Famosi”, singer-songwriter Paolo Vallesi, showgirl Alessia Fabiani and comedian Ubaldo Pantani, known for his impersonations of Lapo Elkann. Also present will be: Dino Giarrusso, Michelle Masullo, Jo Squillo, Sandy Marton, Santo Pirrotta, and Rossella Erra.

REMEMBER PARTY
with Jo Squillo and Sandy Marton
The event will close in style with two legends of 1980s music, Jo Squillo and Sandy Marton, and DJ Michelle Masullo who, together with Simona Ventura, Giovanni Terzi and the guests who have enlivened the days of sport, will light up Saturday evening with the big “Remember” party at the Pineta in Milano Marittima, an event open to all (admission fee applies).
“Giochi nella Città Giardino” is organised with the support of the Municipality of Cervia Milano Marittima and Apt Servizi Regione Emilia-Romagna, in collaboration with Givova, Dameda, Fantini Club Cervia, Pineta Milano Marittima, with the contribution of media partner Gente, the support of the Batani family and the special presence of the San Patrignano community.
